Do credits expire?
One-time purchased credits never expire — use them whenever you're ready. Subscription credits are available while your subscription is active. If your subscription ends, subscription credits become unavailable until you renew.
Can I get a refund?

Is there a free trial?

How does 7-Day Unlimited work?
New Premium and Business subscribers get unlimited Nano Banana 2 Lite at 1K resolution for the first 7 days after activation — credits are not deducted for these generations. To keep things fair, the first 10 generations run at full speed; after that, generations are paced at roughly one every 5 minutes. Other models and usage after the 7-day window follow the standard credit pricing. Available only on imageat.com; not accessible via public APIs or third-party integrations.
Does my plan include API and MCP access?
Yes — every subscription plan includes our Developer API and the MCP connector, so you can generate with all models from your own apps or directly inside Claude and ChatGPT. Generations use the same credit pool as the website. An active subscription is required to create API keys; promotional offers (like 7-Day Unlimited) apply only on imageat.com.
